For several years, at the “My Parent Support” desk of My Baby 0-3 Nursery at My School Ticino, we have been offering courses including IAIM Infant Massage Courses.
This year we have activated two cycles of courses, the first from September 2025 “open air” in the nature of “My Wood”, the second from January 2026 in the “Snoezelen-inspired sensory room”.
The courses are held by Sabrina Antonini, IAIM certified lecturer, Lactation Consultant, specialised in paediatric nutrition and educator of the Baby Group.
In these exclusive locations and thanks to Sabrina’s expertise, relaxation is guaranteed for everybody.
The IAIM Infant Massage Course includes 3 face-to-face meetings and is aimed at children from 0 to 12 months, accompanied by one or both parents.
The duration of each meeting is approximately 45/50 minutes.
Infant massage improves the child’s perception of the body, communicates positive messages through the non-verbal language of contact and induces a state of overall energetic rebalancing.
During the course, parents are guided in learning massage techniques through direct practice on their child.
Here are the upcoming scheduled dates:
I Cycle September 2025: September/October in the My Wood* room
II Cycle January 2026: January/February in Snoezelen-inspired sensory room
*in case of bad weather these classes will also be held in the Snoezelen-inspired sensory room.
