At My Baby Nursery, we believe that language learning happens naturally through play, listening and relationships. This is the idea behind our English Morning, a project designed to deepen children’s exposure to the English language in a stimulating, welcoming and familiar environment.
During selected mornings, small groups from different classes come together to share meaningful experiences with our English-speaking educators. These sessions offer children the opportunity to explore English phonics, discover new vocabulary and approach the language through playful activities, songs, stories and interactive games.
The educators involved are also trained in the Jolly Phonics method, a well-established approach that supports the learning of English sounds in an effective, engaging and child-centred way.
English Morning is not only a language-learning experience, but also an important opportunity for social and emotional growth. Children collaborate with peers of different ages, develop curiosity and active listening skills, interact with educators from other groups and approach a new language in a spontaneous and positive way.
In this calm and reassuring environment, children learn without pressure, becoming naturally familiar with the sounds, rhythm and words of English through positive and engaging everyday experiences.
