Nicola Rigamonti

A chef with extensive experience he gained his diploma at the Hospitality Institute in Chiavenna. He then widened his experience learning specific techniques of preparation in different countries. He has worked in kitchens in Switzerland, Italy, France, London and all over the world. He cooks balanced and delicious meals for the children ( and teachers ) with grace and flair.
